You can now combine our 2 Hour Iron Bridge cruise with a City Sightseeing Bus Tour!
Whether visiting for one day or two weeks, a combined boat and bus ticket offers great value and helps you make the most of your visit to historic Chester. You will even save money too!
With a joint ticket you can join our ever popular 2 Hour Iron Bridge cruise, sailing beyond the city through the Estate of the Duke of Westminster and then experience an open top bus tour around the city. With a “Hop-on-hop-off” bus ticket you can see all of the famous sights for 24 hours, giving you the freedom of the city.
The bus stop is right next to our landing stage, meaning you can disembark after your river cruise straight onto an open top bus. Discounted tickets are available on-board the boat or online.
You will need to take the 2 Hour Cruise before you then take the bus tour; this deal is not available from City Sightseeing.
If you would like to take the cruise and bus tour on the same day then you will need to take the 2 Hour cruise at 12 Noon first. If you take the 2:30PM cruise you will not be back at the Groves until 4:30PM; the last full bus tour leaves there at 4PM. However, remember that you can use your bus ticket on any day during your stay, it doesn’t have to be the same day as your cruise.

(Please note: Under 5s sail for free but there is a maximum of 2 per paying Adult or Concession. Additional Under 5s would then need to be paid for at the Child rate).
